Easy Weeknight Meal: One-Pot Pasta

You know the drill: It’s the end of the day, running between work and home, and maybe a baseball practice or two. The last thing you want to do is stand over a hot stove and then clean a bunch of pots, right?

Allow us to introduce one of our favorite meals: One-Pot Pasta. Yes, we were all taught to cook pasta by dropping it into boiling water. If you have the time, great. But if not, try one of these easy one-pot meals.

First, a few things to keep in mind: In general, you’ll use less water when cooking one-pot pasta. Use a broad, heavy vessel to make the pasta and all ingredients fit – Dutch ovens are great for this.

To save even more time, use your InSinkErator® Hot Water Dispenser, which delivers water at 200°F.

One of the best parts? When you’re finished you just have one pot to clean. And you can throw your leftovers right down your InSinkErator®. We recommend the InSinkErator® Badger® or Evolution Series®.

Among our favorite One-Pot Pasta recipes: The Italian Wonderpot and One-Pan Pasta.
